Refund policy

A customer has a 60 day return window
If the customer returns within 30 days, the merchant will pay for new outbound exchange shipping.

REDO FREE RETURN SHIPPING (available in US only):

- By selecting Redo Free Return Shipping at checkout, your shipping cost will be covered on returns.
- The Redo Free Return Shipping cannot be removed from an order once the order has been placed.
- To Return an item, visit our customer portal HERE.

 

If they return outside of 30 days but within 60, the customer is still able to return but only for exchange and store credit and they pay for new outbound exchange shipping.
